Travel to Wellington, Day 5

After breakfast you will fly from Taupo to Wellington, the capital of New Zealand. Wellington is known as the cultural city of New Zealand, with hundreds of small cafes and bars. You will be staying at the Hotel Intercontinental in the centre of the city within easy walking distance of the shopping centre, waterfront and National Museum.

We suggest that you visit the National Museum, Te Papa, and have a quiet lunch at Icon restaurant over looking the harbour before enjoying some shopping or visiting some of the other city attractions. You may prefer to play at one of the city golf courses, there are lot's to choose from and Georgia would be delighted to play with you.

This evening we have booked you into a fabulous local restaurant with one of the best wine lists in the country, all within easy walking distance

Paraparaumu Beach Golf Club, Day 6

Today you are playing at a true Scottish links course, Paraparaumu Beach Golf Club - considered by many to be New Zealand's best. Douglas Whyte and Alex Russell redesigned it to its present splendour after the war. Good shot making and course management required to master this demanding course and its rolling hills.

On your arrival back in the city there is time to enjoy some shopping in Lambton Quay before dining at a restaurant on the waterfront.
